I. Sales Department

1. Sales Representative

What can you expect as a Sales Representative at Teco?

 

  • Working in a sales position in an established company with almost 50 years of experience in the market of development and sales of control systems.
  • You will take over communication with the company's existing customers in a selected region in the country.
  • You will be actively looking for new customers in the Czech Republic and abroad, so you will also apply your language skills (English is a prerequisite).
  • You will create quotations for customers and set business conditions according to company principles.
  • You will introduce our products and services to potential and new customers. You will be followed by comprehensive technical trainings conducted by our colleagues from the Technical Support department.
  • You will learn how to offer customers the appropriate structure of our products, while constantly having Technical Support colleagues available for consultation.
  • Several times a year, you will attend trade fairs at home and abroad to present our company and products and then nurture new customers.
  • You will continuously monitor the competition and give suggestions to the company management, both technical and commercial, for further strategy.
  • You will report to the Sales Director of the company and you will have several colleagues in the Czech market with defined regions. 

 

What knowledge and skills should you have?

 

  • Proven experience as a sales or technical sales representative
  • Relevant high school or university degree in electrical or automation
  • A proactive and independent attitude

     

It will be an advantage if you can:

 

  • Other languages
  • Experience in selling a similar product range

II. Production Department

1. Electronic Systems Production Technician

Requirements:

  • Secondary vocational education in electrical engineering, automation field preferably.
  • Basic orientation in electrical engineering drawings
  • Conscientiousness, diligence, interest in the field
  • Suitable also for graduates interested in learning and further development

     

Description:

  • Machine operation - soldering, fitting, inspection
  • Recording and processing of production orders
  • Working hours: 6:00 - 14:30h or by agreement

1. HW/SW Development Officer

Requirements:

  • Completed university education.

2. SW Development Worker

Requirements:

  • Completed university education

  • Creating firmware for Teco PLC systems

 IV. Technical Support Department

1. Technical Support Worker

Requirements:

  • Secondary vocational education in electrical engineering, automation field preferably.
  • Basic orientation in electrical engineering drawings
  • Basic knowledge of programming, knowledge of PLC programming preferably
  • Active knowledge of AJ - communicative level, knowledge of Russian preferably
  • Suitable also for graduates with an interest to learn and develop.

Job description:

  • Cooperation with customers, answering technical questions about the company's products (hardware) and programming.
  • Preparation of documents for business and technical documentation
  • Uploading technical product information to the website.
  • Participating in the creation of technical documentation
  • Customer training and technical presentations
  • Working hours: flexible start, approx. 8:00 - 16:30h
