If you wish to make a notification under the Whistleblower Protection Act (No.171/2023 Coll.) and you are a person who performs work or other similar activity for Teco as defined in Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of this Act, please send the notification to the dedicated email address vos@tecomat.cz and provide a contact back, your name, surname, date of birth and working relationship with Teco to identify the whistleblower accurately. The information you provide is subject to data protection and cannot be accessed by anyone other than the relevant VOS person.
For internal employee notifications, Teco's internal guidelines for the Internal Notification System (VOS) are followed and the appropriate VOS person is designated, which is:

Teco excludes the acceptance of notifications from a person who does not perform work or other similar activity for the obliged entity pursuant to Article 2(3)(a), (b), (h) or (i) of Act No 171/2023 Coll.
